Vivid Description for long-term goal: • The work of Clearwater Ministries is focused on the whole person – a holistic approach to addressing the needs of at-risk and vulnerable youth in transition. Many of those transitions have roots in housing. • Clearwater Ministries will be an effective partner working with other agencies to cover the continuum of care for at-risk and vulnerable youth. • The specific services of Clearwater Ministries will ebb and flow, but overall the outcomes will be enduring – healing, independence and stability.

    • BylawsArticle 1 Name and Location 1.1 The name of this Corporation shall be Clearwater Ministries, hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation.” 1.2 The Corporation’s office is located at 600 3rd Street, Fairbanks, Alaska. The mailing address is 1290 Saint Anton Drive, Fairbanks, Alaska, 99712. Article 2 Purpose 2.1 The purpose of this Corporation is to a) provide faith based professional accredited counseling. b) provide homeless, near homeless, and other marginalized youth, ages 17-24, support to help them to move towards stability, health in all its forms, and self sufficiency. Article 3 Doctrinal Statements 3.1 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3: 16 (New International Version) “But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously – take God seriously.” Micah 6:8.
