   3. Recognition: No request was made in writing, but a verbal request was made to Marylee, that there would be a permanent recognition of some type on the property.

   2. Designation: For the purchase of adjacent property on 8th Avenue.
   3. Recognition: Permanent display or recognition to the Fran-Clar Foundation
