Based on the response from Denali State Bank with three loan options for the purchase of the Drake Property, I make a motion that we accept the loan offer of 245,000 for 20 years at 6.5%, equalling a monthly payment of $1827.
I would like to make a motion that authorizes Marylee to make an offer on the drake property, with a 5k earnest money, contingent on final approval of our financing and in the approximate price range of $350,000.
