Committee Mission – Facilitate organizational decision making between board meetings that would normally not need the full board of directors. Acts as the communication link between the Board and Executive Director. May convene to study important issues and report findings and proposed action items to the full board of directors. Convenes to set regular and special board meeting agendas.
