Marylee talked about the Youth Talent Show.
The planners (Kelli, Marylee & Heather Rauenhorst) had an initial meeting. Alaska Universal Productions is willing to provide the sound system and they are available in April. April is the best month for getting students together for a talent show

The Board signed thank you notes for those who donated items for the Open House Event.
Review and discussion of the Open House event.
Music was a huge hit, food was awesome, weather was great, scheduled tours worked well, the date was fitting and if repeated next year, May is a good time, although maybe not on Mother’s Day weekend.

OHN
There will be a meeting for OHN on Thursday May 18 at noon at Falafel.
We are hoping to optimize this event and continue to increase the revenue generated.
Holland America
Provided a grant for an outdoor camera system to be installed overlooking the green space
BOSS group to fix back lawn
In seeking to find a space for kids to play basketball and have outdoor play space, Marylee suggested using the property directly behind the door. This would require a little work to get prepared, perhaps by a volunteer group. It was suggested that some form of warning tape or fencing be circled around the building as a warning for kids to not approach it due to safety.
Budget Review
Marylee presented a revised budget for the year. Patrick noted a line item discrepancy from the previous version and Marylee was going to check on that and get back with the Board. The financial status was of some concern and the we are hoping for a strong showing at our OHN fund raiser in September.
