4. A facility for counseling to sustain the financial needs of FYA, and provide diversified help to teens and families.
5. Off street parking for staff and visitors.
6. An open building for seasonal multipurpose use.
7. A wellness facility for medical visits, physical fitness and general care.
8. A garden to provide food and connection to the planet.
9. A cabin/bungalow for caretaker/resident.
10. Trees, plants and paths for esthetic beauty.
11. Paths between buildings.
12. Buffer zone between 10th avenue roadway and buildings – green spaces.
13. Some recreational space appropriate to FYA constituency.
14. Place of prayer, chapel, private- quiet space
15. Storage facility for bikes, tools, campus maintenance equipment.

   1. Amount: $918,048.21
   2. Designation: to enrich the lives of needy children…money is intended to be used in “support of programs that primarily benefit children under the age of 17, assisting and encouraging them to build a successful adult life.”
   3. Recognition:No request was made in writing, but a verbal request was made to Marylee, that there would be a permanent recognition of some kind on the property.

   1. Amount: $100,000
   2. Designation: For the purchase of adjacent property on 8th Avenue.
   3. Recognition: Permanent display or recognition to the Fran-Clar Foundation
