1. Meeting called to order at 5:31, Keystone Counseling. Leland, Jim, Staff Brian Taylor and Roy Walters were present.

5. Board Housekeeping
a. Board signed thank you notes – nothing else to sign
b. Board member recruitment update – Patrick Lovely, Amy Oppe are potential candidates. Needs follow up.
6. Financial Report
a. see reports. FYA had a good month financially. Mental Health trust development grant is underway. We are applying for small $ Wellness Coalition grants. Keystone had a solid, good month. See Roy’s Development Plan for the Summer
7. ED Report – will be in Arizona March 24th with Wellness Coalition.
8. Unfinished Business
a. Continue facilities planning
b. CDBG – Close out with City of Fairbanks.
c. OCS Billing Update – work to do on the Legislature side of OCS. We have a plan to help Rep. Prax.
d. Red House sale update – 1 showing this past month.
e. 990 is in progress. Sam is doing other tax work right now….he’s on it.
9. New Business
a. (Discussion) Mental Health Trust Grant – strategy is to use those funds to help with FYA development.
b. (Discussion) NextStep Ministries project work this summer. Will meet with Emily in late April. Idea is to use this volunteer group to help with demo of the brown house.
