- Kelli answered questions from all the board members about her position at The Door.
- 9 staff members, 1 house parents, 2 overnight, 1 weekend, 2 evening/weekend. More overlap, everyone gets to work with everyone at some point throughout the week which has helped facilitate better communication than the previous model. More cohesive staff. Staff wanted to stay, even with switching to the house parent model. Staff now able to talk to Marylee, very approachable.

- Sarah opening/operating Theatre Company
- Patrick mentioning FYA purchased photos that are within Clearwater Counseling. Sold at less than retail value.
- Board self evaluation discussion. As an alternative to a written evaluation by each board member, we will have an open discussion this year instead.
- Board members had a candid discussion about their position serving on the Board and expressed a desire to continue serving in that capacity. All members would like to see the board grow, in particular, fulfilling the officer position of Treasurer.
- ED Self Evaluation and discussion with Marylee.
- Marylee shared her answers verbally to the questions on her self evaluation document. She hinted that in the long view she would like to work less to spend more time with family.
