Marylee and I met yesterday (Tues 1/27) for a full day working review of our public information projects. We made some good progress but we easily need another entire day stab at it.
In summary:
- Discussed and decided on a schedule for social media interaction and established a plan and mechanism for blog posts every 2 weeks.
- Finalized the signage for the Door. We opted for a temporary 2.5 x 10ft banner, which costs under a $100. Other sign quotes came in at 6K plus with installation, and we think this will serve as a temporary sign until we can explore this further.
- Revised the content of our general brochure in response to our growth and to the request and feedback of some other agencies in town. We included more graphics and less words.
- Patrick took some interior photos of the door to be used in the brochure and upcoming literature.
- Discussed content and schedule for the next quarterly newsletter.
There is a lot more to tackle in another meeting, including Public Service Announcements, TV ads, Video update, etc.
Visits to obvious donors with updates?
