3. Welcome Jeff Bizzarro, our new board member
4. Accept November’s meeting minutes
5. We need a fourth signer on the FYA checks due to the crazy travel schedule of our board officers.
6. Should we print and order more brochures?
7. What are some ideas for us to express our thanks to Dick, leaving town 12/28, and Sarah as an end of the year gift.
8. Small handout for young kids with necessary information on it. We can discuss the details of this. Information and resource guide, or just a little business card style?
9. Young people use the bus system and it would be a good place for us to advertise our services. We hope to have more specific information at the meeting to discuss options and expense. Bus advertising for inside the bus – for the youth shelter to reach the youth riding the bus. Last Frontier Mediactive at 451-5910.
10. Quick review of the new website, if it is up and running by the meeting time.
11. 10 minute refresher on how to navigate the Board website
12. 1. Review and discuss board evaluations.
13. Take some time during our meeting to complete board evaluations; both individually and corporately. Please review them prior to the meeting.
14. Board member Q&A time, open topics to discuss that may have been passed by in other meetings due to more time sensitive and pressing matters.
15. If anyone can’t make the meeting in person, there is the option to call in by phone. Please advise if that is the case.
16. Update on Steve Holford & January 25 art show at Friends Community Church
17. Reports:
    1. ED report: Marylee -FYI We did hire Kara – at $16.25 an hour. $15.00 is covered by the grant.
    2. Fundraising Committee report: Danny
    3. Building Committee report: Dave Miller (if there is any update) (Currently in Peru)
    4. Public Information Committee report: Patrick
    5. Finance report: Brad is currently out of the state
