The next step in the environmental review process will take one month at which time Pat Smith will be preparing and advertising the bid for the project. Our goal is to have the majority of the project completed by December 2012 with a few exterior items being completed next spring.”

Sarah, I will be gone for a few days around july 18-22. We r campers and serious blueberry pickers, but if you chose a time – that will be the priority.
I can only try to be whenever and wherever the retreat is. My schedule is moment by moment at this time. I know that if it takes us as long to schedule the retreat as it did to decide on the logo I will be in the Pioneer Home, room 431.
Will everyone please reply to this post with the dates you ARE available during July, August, & September for a full day retreat (overnight might be asking too much for all of us), and if you have an idea for a place or a preference for day of the week. Please post BEFORE our meeting on Tuesday so we can maybe have a VERY short discussion about it.
REVISIT:
BOARD RETREAT: We can meet here at our home – August? Labor Day weekend?
VIDEO PRODUCTION: A 3- MINUTE PRESENTATION FOR CHURCHES??? OR OTHER?
I am getting married Labor Day weekend, so that is out. If everyone’s in town, it would be great to do it before August 14th (after July 17th)- at least that would be ideal for MY schedule, but I know that we’re all busy with all kinds of life plans. Salmon season, berry season, camping season….it’s hard to squeeze it all in! Perhaps we can look at the Twin Bears availability- or another public use cabin in the area as a possible place…..just thoughts to ponder regarding the retreat.
