Divorce, employment authorization, end of agreed term, moving to help elderly parent & 1 ask to step down….have been part of the journey since Feb 1.
Kelli also, back in December, decided her position is too stressful and she is leaving.

How to address time off for exempt employees.
Accrual basis? More work, more time off? Set leave time.

Annual leave time to total 4 paid weeks per year (but I recently learned this has been adding up to be more because we based it on a 40hr/wk work week
Program Director:
annual leave time to total 3 paid weeks per year but does not add up well, because she works 32 hrs per week or so
Associate Program Director:
annual leave time to total 3 paid weeks per year as of right now, at a fulltime job

She helps an organization like ours think of the bigger picture and how an event fits into the overall strategic plan and how it helps to carry out the mission. She said her specialty is brand/imaging/ strategic planning/organizational support/ helping to manage the big picture.
