  1. How much, if any, of the Yochem Estate, should be withheld from the non-endowment AFC Yochem Fund and retained as an immediate cash resource? All dollars in this fund can be accessed but it may take a week or two to get them should that be necessary.
2. Review 2017 Operating Plan and develop 2018 Operating Plan
  1. Set Short term goals for 2018
