Dave and I would like to sell the house at 138 tenth street to Clearwater Ministries for $75,000. This is approximately 1/2 the price of the amount we paid for the house.
We would also like the board to consider paying for some or all of the following:
* house insurance, approximately $300 so far,
* metal cap on roof, approximately $350,
* electrical deposit of $300,
* the first installment of the FNSB property taxes, ~$1400.00
We believe that these would be considered normal transfers in the selling of a home. We are open to discussing these items, the terms, etc. The house would be sold ‘as is’. The board can make the decision on interest and terms of repayment for the $75,000.
