      2. Move forward with Transitional Housing Project
      3. Solve staffing issues: Transition through  losing the VISTA position and portioning out the VISTA tasks to other employees; re-hiring for youth mentor position (formerly known as “house parent”)
      4. Re-visit and re-evaluate our core values and purpose
      5. Grow the board
   2. Brainstorm a few possibilities for mid term goals: Established, recurring fundraiser. (Re-visit next meeting.)
   3. Brainstorm a few possibilities for long term goals: operable Transitional Housing Project. (Re-visit next meeting.)
8. Update on Drake House- closing on the 19th. The board would like to rent out the upstairs portion of the house. Paul agreed to help Marylee look at a draft rental agreement for the renter downstairs.
