Hi Kathy, We ARE IN THE GOOD PERIOD, and we are even better with the Clearwater contribution.
Garbage pick up is a City of Fairbanks thing – and mandatory.
YES, we ARE looking for ways ALWAYS to be frugal including staffing changes, lowering our temperature in the shelter, growing some of our food, etc.
Liz was invited by Brad as a guest. Originally Brad’s participation on the board was only meant to be a limited period of time. He is considering other possible candidates to assist the board in a similar capacity.
treasurers report: so, once Clearwater had done its input, we came out to the good, right?
Is the garbage pickup a private organization and it is $77 a month?
As we look into the bleak future of the state’s budget, are we still looking for ways to be frugal? At the last meeting, I think Marylee said she was? Thanks for all your hard work! Looks like you are getting a “financial committee started (Liz?)” Very cool.
