The following, in resolution form, is the motion made by Brad Johnston and seconded by Sarah Finnell authorizing Dave Miller to complete the purchase of the adjacent properties.  The motion was approved and documented in the minutes but the minutes are only in draft.

2014 RESOLUTION FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Where as, the board of directors of Fairbanks Youth Advocates has made and offer to purchase the 3 properties adjacent to our existing facilities pending receipt of funds.

Where as, funding to complete the purchase has been received.

Now therefore be it resolved, the board of directors of Fairbanks Youth Advocates authorizes Dave Miller, board vice president, to complete the acquisition of the 3 adjacent properties on behalf of Fairbanks Youth Advocates.
