- $15.00 a month per member + (can stop at anytime)
- $20.00 enrollment fee 1x +
- $29.00 annual fee in October
- If 10 employees participate
- 10 x 15 = $1,500/annually for user fee
- 10 x 20 = $200 first time per individual enrollmentonly
- 10 x 29 = $290 annual fee
- Total: $1990 year 1, less than that following years
- Reimburse the amount per individual for others who are participating at other gyms instead of Planet Fitness.
