Greetings Fellow Board Members,

Last week, we made a formal offer to purchase the three adjacent lots. The seller was asking $225,000.00. We offered $200,000.00. The seller countered our offer with a sales price of $210,000.00. Today, we accepted the seller’s counter offer and so we are officially under contract to purchase these properties. We have 90 days to have the money in hand to close. In the event these funds do not come available, our earnest money ($1,500.00) will be refunded. There will be a lot to talk about during our next board meeting, dealing with the details of owning these properties. I am very pleased that we were able to come to terms so easily with the seller.
