We met with realtors this week and formalized our offer to purchase for the adjacent properties we talked about in the board meeting. The seller’s agent seemed pleased with the specifics of our offer and was going to meet in person with the seller early next week. We asked for 90 days to come up with the money to close and they seemed fine with that, as it turns out we might need all that time due to the time needed to settle our donor’s estate issues. All in all, everything is going along just perfectly.
