I’d like to propose that we add “creative thinking” to our core values. I’ve actually been thinking about that for a while, and now is quite an appropriate time.

Yes, creative thinking in general. I think it is an attribute of both problem solving and achievement, two foundational aspects that this organization will encounter. Not only for the current grant process situation but in dealing with challenging situations that shall and will arise in the future.
