Leland, Jim, Staff Brian Taylor and Roy Walters were present. <br>2.\u00a0Opening Prayer (Jim)<br>3.\u00a0Approve Meeting Agenda\u00a0<strong>(MSP: Leland, Jim \u2013 approved)<\/strong><br>4.\u00a0Meeting Minutes, N\/A (Board Blog was down)<br>5. Board Housekeeping<br>a. Board signed thank you notes \u2013 nothing else to sign<br>b. Board member recruitment update \u2013 Patrick Lovely, Amy Oppe are potential candidates. Needs follow up.<br>6. Financial Report<br>a. see reports. FYA had a good month financially. Mental Health trust development grant is underway. We are applying for small $ Wellness Coalition grants. Keystone had a solid, good month. See Roy&#8217;s Development Plan for the Summer<br>7.\u00a0ED Report \u2013 will be in Arizona March 24th with Wellness Coalition.<br>8. Unfinished Business<br>a. Continue facilities planning<br>b. CDBG \u2013 Close out with City of Fairbanks.<br>c. OCS Billing Update \u2013 work to do on the Legislature side of OCS. We have a plan to help Rep. Prax.<br>d. Red House sale update &#8211; 1 showing this past month. <br>e. 990 is in progress. Sam is doing other tax work right now&#8230;.he&#8217;s on it. <br>9. New Business<br>a. (Discussion) Mental Health Trust Grant &#8211; strategy is to use those funds to help with FYA development. <br>b. (Discussion) NextStep Ministries project work this summer. Will meet with Emily in late April. Idea is to use this volunteer group to help with demo of the brown house. <br>10. Committee(s)<br>a. Keystone Building Project<br>11. Next Meeting(s) or Events.
