  5. Potential Board Members: Morgan Liddel is interested in visiting a board meeting to see if he might like to join; Jim Williams (was Marylee\u2019s point of contact with First Presbyterian at the time we used the church basement, and now is the Chief of Staff for the Borough Mayor).<\/li>

      1. Update on Governor\u2019s Budget and BHAP
        1. Discussion on ideas and direction:\u00a0
          1. Start fundraising campaign to raise $189,000 in addition to usual giving- online portal<\/li>
          2. Purchase 2 dip jars, to set up in businesses<\/li>
          3. Use reserves of funding to keep us afloat for the next 6 months (without dipping into foundation funds or Yochem funds)\u00a0<\/li>
          4. Cut Marylee\u2019s job to \u00bd time, and she takes on more of a mentor role to a leadership team of 3 staff who are already dividing Kelly\u2019s duties, and are happy to take on different pieces of Marylee\u2019s duties.<\/li>
          5. Expand Clearwater Counseling by adding a third counselor to our office.<\/li>
          6. Other future fundraising ideas: rolling dinner parties hosted by community members; target tourists staying in hotels; \u201csponsor a youth\u201d by calculating cost for one night stay.\u00a0<\/li>
          7. Possibly in the future if all else fails, we might pull funds from ACF to keep our doors open for a temporary period of time.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          8. Dave\u2019s income for the year was significantly more than prior years from January 1, 2019 through May 30, 2019: $19,000 over his salary for the first 5 months. FYA will calculate Dave\u2019s income in excess of his salary for every 6-month period, and pay Dave 50% of those earnings (MSP Sarah; Patrick)<\/strong><\/li>
          9. Financial policy amendments accepted (MSP: Patrick, Dave)<\/strong><\/li>
          10. Marylee will close the Wedbush Morgan account, and transfer the balance ($20,715) into the Alaska USA account and Denali State Bank account, as needed to cover expenses (MSP Patrick, Dave).\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

                  1. 132 is full first time since January: 3 men: Kevin, Marc and Miho (Meeho)<\/li>
                  2. 3 ladies in a leadership team that are amazing: Alnise, Macalaugh and Stacy \u2013 at The Door \u2013\u00a0<\/li>
                  3. BBQ ? The staff are asking for this……\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                  4. Counter offer for Marylee\u2019s salary:\u00a0 65,000 full time: 65,000x.75 = $48,750 \u2013 I am proposing that until further notice \u2013 I go \u00be time with a salary of $48,750.00<\/li>
                  5. Resolution: As of July 20, 2019, Marylee will work half-time and receive $32,500, which is half of the $65,000 annual salary raise.<\/strong><\/li>
                  6. Leadership change pushback \u2018timeline\u2019 to December but still pursue a new ED -but wait to stabilize\u00a0<\/li>
                  7. HR:Leave topics:

                          4. Marylee\u2019s Vacations coming up this fall
