        1. Update on Governor’s Budget and BHAP
          1. Getting a plan B or C in place which may include a fundraising campaign to reach the goal of 189K. If not reached, a potential draw from our ACF funds to keep operations viable for 2020.<\/li>
          2. Discussion on ideas and direction<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          3. Dave\u2019s income for the year\u2026..over and above\u2026..from January 1, 2019 through May 30, 2019: $19,000 for the first 5 months<\/li>
          4. Financial policies – accepting changes proposed by Paul & Marylee<\/li>
          5. Wedbush Morgan – The balance is $20,715.  Is Board approval required to get a transfer from this account to reimburse FYA for the site plan, pay property tax, and add to the DSB mortgage-paying account?<\/li>
          6. The Denali State Bank balance is $4,700 which will cover the mortgage payment for June and July.  As I said last month, it’s not too soon to transfer money into the DSB account so that mortgage payments and the property tax ($5,200) can be paid without scrambling. My suggestion is to leave the minimum required amount in the Wedbush Morgan account and transfer the rest in the form of two checks payable to FYA:  one for $4645 and the balance in a 2nd check. Then the property tax can be paid and the mortgage payment is covered for the next 7 months which is not exactly long range planning.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          7. Ed Report

                4. Counter offer for m\u2019s salary:  65,000 full time: 65,000x.75 = $48,750 – I am proposing that until further notice – I go \u00be time with a salary of $48,750.00<\/li>
                5. Leadership change pushback \u2018timeline\u2019 to December but still pursue a new ED -but wait to stabilize <\/li>
                6. HR:
