  1. Roll Call- Present: Dave Miller; Paul Dick; Patrick Endres; Marylee Bates; Sarah Finnell; Joyce Weis.<\/li>
  2. Open in prayer by Paul<\/li>
  3. Mission Review:
    1. Walk through The Door- Reflections\/thoughts: warm, homey, welcoming feel. Nice to see the imprint of the community (upgrade with couches, charging ports, washer\/dryers, new lockers, etc)<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    2. Accept minutes from January meeting (MSP Dave, Paul) <\/strong><\/li>
    3. Signature
      1. Time sheets<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      2. Financial Report<\/a> w\/ Deidre (see below)
        1. Marylee will follow up with Deidre about Wilson & Wilson doing our taxes (expressing that there is no obligation to donate).<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        2. Goal-setting
          1. Set Short term goals for 2019 (Review the links under Operations on the Board Website.
            1. Execute a successful fundraising event<\/li>
            2. Move forward with Transitional Housing Project<\/li>
            3. Solve staffing issues: Transition through  losing the VISTA position and portioning out the VISTA tasks to other employees; re-hiring for youth mentor position (formerly known as \u201chouse parent\u201d)<\/li>
            4. Re-visit and re-evaluate our core values and purpose<\/li>
            5. Grow the board<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            6. Brainstorm a few possibilities for mid term goals: Established, recurring fundraiser. (Re-visit next meeting.)<\/li>
            7. Brainstorm a few possibilities for long term goals: operable Transitional Housing Project. (Re-visit next meeting.)<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            8. Update on Drake House- closing on the 19th. The board would like to rent out the upstairs portion of the house. Paul agreed to help Marylee look at a draft rental agreement for the renter downstairs.<\/li>

              1. Sunshine: Goodbye to Stephanie card<\/li>
              2. Fundraising: Gala Update- Board members are asked to recruit 5 attendees and buy our own ticket.<\/li>
              3. Building: Dave recommends installing a \u201cnest\u201d so we can keep an eye on the house while it\u2019s empty.<\/li>
