  4. Mission Review:<\/span>\n

    1. What is our budget cycle? – from when to when? Answer: Calendar year, January to December.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Accept minutes from September meeting <\/span>(MSP Patrick, Paul<\/span>)<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Finance Report to the board – from Deidre<\/span>\n

      1. Bookkeeper\u2019s Report will be shared with board members in a Google Drive folder for reference and updated each month to view at board meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Projected tentative 2019 budget \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Paul and Joyce will meet with Marylee next week (10\/24), and Deidre the week after (10\/31) to learn more about financials.<\/span><\/li>\n

                1. Expectation of Board members for April 27th Gala, \u201cCarhartts & Pearls\u201d Please be there. It\u2019s an evening event (time TBA) and we will have board members at the door and around the event to socialize and meet guests. Marylee is working with Mammoth Media about putting together an educational 2-3 minute video to show.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
