I did not catch it at the time, but since then noticed that the emphasis on &#8220;employee&#8221;and felt a check. Kelli and I spoke about this and we are both wanting to suggest that this includes our 3 house parents &#8211; two of which, are not employees. They are as invested as anyone and serve FYA without pay &#8211; we feel it is the least we can do.<\/p>\n<p>Please provide a yes or no in response, here on this platform, not via email.
