          1. How much, if any, of the Yochem Estate, should be withheld from the non-endowment AFC Yochem Fund and retained as an immediate cash resource? All dollars in this fund can be accessed but it may take a week or two to get them should that be necessary.<\/span>\n

            1. Withhold $20,000 in the Wedbush account for emergency funds.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. We will <\/span>need a check for the balance for ACF. See minutes for notes as to how much gets what.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

                4. Exit strategy for Marylee- Marylee will keep an eye out for someone who might be able to fill her shoes eventually so we can bring that person in and start the transition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

                    5. Explore options for providing health coverage for employees<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                    6. Establish ED Directives for 2018<\/span>\n

                      1. Cultivate existing donor relationships and focus on expanding our donor base. Explore and expand marketing avenues whereby FYA can increase the revenue stream through different media outlets.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      2. Support FYA staff to do the jobs they are asked to do<\/span><\/li>\n
                      3. Explore different successful programs across the nation that help reunite families<\/span><\/li>\n
                      4. Engage in community partnerships to move forward with Rapid ReHousing program in Fairbanks<\/span><\/li>\n
                      5. Establish & finalize ACF accounts & establish plan for top-level donors. How do we recognize them and publicize their donation?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
