{"id":3869,"date":"2017-11-01T16:00:43","date_gmt":"2017-11-02T00:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fairbanksyouthadvocates.org\/board\/?p=3869"},"modified":"2017-11-01T08:06:49","modified_gmt":"2017-11-01T16:06:49","slug":"public-information-strategic-planning-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fairbanksyouthadvocates.org\/board\/2017\/11\/01\/public-information-strategic-planning-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Information Strategic Planning Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>FYA Public Information Strategic Planning Meeting, October 31, 2017\u00a0<\/b><b>Meeting Notes<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>11:00am to 3:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Present: Patrick Endres, Julie Ashburn, Marylee Bates<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We agreed to schedule 3 Public Information Meetings annually, to help keep eyes on the progress and development of FYA\u2019s Public Image and marketing plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review FYA Website and made changes to simplify the navigation and page content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Annual Marketing Calendar<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developed a recurring calendar to guide FYA in marketing for the year in Print, Radio and TV Advertising.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In January 2018 we will convert the existing website into a new template that is more versatile for our needs. This will take some time in converting all pages and content appropriately. Currently, it requires complex coding to get the home page to look like we want and general edits and changes need to be more accessible by others. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fred Meyer community awards card accounts need to be updated by everyone annually in July.
