        1. We need to provide our ED some directives for 2015. Please bring your thoughts on this subject and we can work up a document to approve. Some ideas:\n

          1. Develop Staff reorganization plan to limit emergency call in shifts and weekend work by ED and Shelter Supervisor<\/li>\n
          2. Focus on broader community fund raising and networking<\/li>\n
          3. Delegate smaller tasks to lower level staff<\/li>\n
          4. Develop One Homeless Night Fundraiser<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. Summary discussion about board member interaction with the staff at the door.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. Resolution for Liz to be a signer on necessary Financial accounts\/documents.<\/li>\n
          7. Financial Report \u2013 Liz<\/li>\n
          8. Next Step Ministries is interested in partnering with FYA to provide assistance with projects. Discussion about their involvement per Marylee and Dave M.<\/li>\n
          9. Select date for Board Training. Mike Walsh will\u00a0join us during a meeting. In particular the new board members need to be present.<\/li>\n
          10. Reference current annual schedule<\/a> on the board website and brainstorm\/suggest amendments additions?<\/li>\n
