We are waiting for the title company to clean up a few minor issues, then we will close.<\/p>\n<p>Our offer to purchase the little rust colored building was countered.  We offered $50,652.  The seller countered at $61,500.  I would like to counter to the seller for a<br \/>\nprice of $56,076, and allow him to remove any appliances, fixtures, etc. that he would like to have.  The $56,076 is halfway between our offer and his counter.<br \/>\nWe have extended the offer date until the 27th of April, but if the board would let me know your thoughts on this, we could proceed sooner.
